Durango® City Philly Women's Turn Down Pull-On Boot
Standing at 14-inches tall, these classic brown leather women's boots have a few features that make them unique.
At the ankle is a strap and buckle to give these the sophisticated riding boot look. This is complimented by the 2 1/4 " heel and the narrow round toe of the boots.
