In the late 1800s, the Silverton Railroad hauled silver and gold ore from Durango, Colo., to Silverton. This trip took a special locomotive engineer with a sharp vision to navigate, avoid train robbers and trouble down the line. Leaning out the engine as it goes, keen eye looking forward and back, they named this engineer the Eagle Eye.
A brown leather coat, the Eagle Eye has a removable fur collar, great for keeping watch on cool nights.
Two large hip pockets hold binoculars for keeping an eye down the line. Two breast pockets hold other valuables. All four have flaps.
Elastic cuffs and waist keep the cold and debris out.
