What father-figure have you looked up to, who has impacted your life in a positive way?
My dad, Luke Brown Sr., has been my best friend my whole life. His love for his family, kids and grandkids is unmatched.

What does being a dad mean to you or what has it taught you?
Being a dad is the greatest gift from God. My wife, Lacy, and I are so lucky to watch our daughter, Libby, grow up.

Is it hard being on the road a lot as a dad? Does your family travel with you often?
It’s really hard being on the road without my family but luckily, they love to go with me, so I don’t have to leave them too much.

What lessons or wisdom do you want to pass down to Libby?
The lesson I want to pass onto Libby is that there’s no dream that’s too big to accomplish. My parents never doubted that I couldn’t make my dreams come true and I want to instill in her that she should also believe in her dreams.

What is your favorite way to spend time with Libby?
My favorite time to spend with Libby is in the evenings at our home. There is never a dull moment with her; she always keeps us entertained.

My father Russ Eaves has been the man I have looked up to growing up.

What does being a dad mean to you or what has it taught you?
Being a father means everything to me. It has taught me about Gods love for us.

Yes, it is hard leaving my family, but luckily, they do go with me quite a bit during the summer months.

The lesson I want to pass onto my kids is to always put God first in their life.

What is your favorite way to spend time with LoElla and Jack?
We all enjoy hanging out at the house together and doing activities, whether that be fishing or riding our horses.

My father and grandfathers have been instrumental in my life growing up.

Being a father means the world to me, it has changed my perspective on how I view things and the kind of example I want to be for my son.

This is my first year with a child so it will be difficult being away from my family for an extended amount of time.

The main thing I want to pass down to my child is to always put God first and to be that example for others throughout his life.

What is your favorite way to spend time with Christian?
Right now, my son is so young that it’s fun just to be with him and watch him change and grow.

My father, Sid Erickson, is who I have looked up to and who has impacted my life because he has always supported me and helped me follow my dreams.

What does being a dad mean to you or what has it taught you?
Being a dad has meant the world to me. It has taught me a lot of patience but never have I laughed so much in my life.

Is it hard being on the road a lot as a dad? Does your family travel with you often?
It is very hard rodeoing without my wife and daughter, but we do get to see each other at some of the Montana Rodeos during the summer, which I always look forward to.

The lesson I want to pass on to my daughter is to always believe in herself and that she can do whatever she puts her mind to.

What is your favorite way to spend time with Cedona?
My daughter absolutely loves the water and swimming so our favorite time together is outside at the lake or the pool.

I have been fortunate to have multiple father-figures in my life who have provided me with advice on various life situations.

Being a dad means a lot to me, it has taught me to have patience in life.

Yes, it is very hard to be on the road and being away from my family, but they do get to travel with me occasionally.

If you dream it, chase it, and never look back. Remember to always be thankful and happy.

What is your favorite way to spend time with Tayla and Kaley?
Anytime I get to be with my daughters is my favorite time.

My dad, Randy Smidt, for his grit and my father-in-law, Bill Byler, for his business mind.

What does being a dad mean to you or what has it taught you?
It has taught me to strive to be the best person I can be because my children are watching me. I’ve learned how to rely more on God than myself for wisdom on how to parent my children.

Is it hard being on the road a lot as a dad? Does your family travel with you often?
It’s very hard being away from my family. They go when they can but during school months, they have to stay home. They do come with me for a month or so in the summer and never miss attending the National Finals Rodeo.

What lessons or wisdom do you want to pass down to Cru, Myla, and Chaz?
Love God more than anything. Never give up. Work hard. Be a good person. Do the right thing even when it’s hard. Love your family no matter what.

What is your favorite way to spend time with Cru, Myla, and Chaz?
We all enjoy being together riding horses, roping, and hunting.

What father-figure have you looked up to, who has impacted your life in a positive way?
My dad has been a huge role model in my life. I have always wanted to grow up and be like him.

What does being a dad mean to you or what has it taught you?
Being a dad means the world to me, I love being a father. It has put life in perspective and helps me slow down and realize what’s truly important.

Is it hard being on the road a lot as a dad? Does your family travel with you often?
Yes, being away from my family is very hard, but we FaceTime everyday I’m gone. I’m fortunate that I get to see my family often through the Canadian rodeos in the spring and we do go to rodeos together when we can.

What lessons or wisdom do you want to pass down to Lucy and Hardy?
I want to teach them to love Jesus, be true to his calling and to work hard at whatever they’re doing and know they can accomplish anything if they set their mind to it.

What is your favorite way to spend time with Lucy and Hardy?
We spend a lot of time together in the arena, riding horses or playing in the sand. We do a lot together as a family.
