We provide free shipping on all orders placed within the United States on Durangoboots.com. Please click here to setup your return shipping label.

In order to receive a full refund, products must be in the new unused condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return a product that is used or outside our 30 day window, please review our warranty.

Orders purchased from a Durango Boot Authorized Retailer

If you purchased from a Durango Boot Dealer, please return your item to the original place of purchase. If they do not accept your return, please contact us at 1-866-442-4908.

For Wholesalers

Rocky Brands will only reimburse freight on defective returns if a freight receipt accompanies the returned item. Rocky Brands will not reimurse freight on "return to stock" items unless the return is due to a Rocky Brands order entry or shipping error.

A return authorization (RA) number is required for ANY return. Any unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender at his or her expense. An RA number may be obtained in any of the following ways:

  • Call your Rocky Brands representative
  • Email your request to rarequest@rockybrands.com

The Dealer must provide the company name, account number, style number, style size, style width, and specfic manufacturing defect along with a request for either a replacement or account credit.

When can I expect my refund?

It could take up to 15 business days (or more during our busy season) from the time your return is received by our Distribution Center, until the time credit/replacement order is issued. If you feel the 15 days has been exceeded, please contact our customer service department.
