We are sorry to hear you need to return your product(s) to us, but are glad to assist to ensure this goes as smoothly as possible. First, make sure that the product is still under warranty (1 years’ time & the warranty will cover manufacturing and material defects) and that you are able to provide proof of purchase.

IF YOU PURCHASED THROUGH ONE OF OUR BRAND WEBSITES
We provide free shipping on all orders placed within the United States on Durangoboots.com. We just need to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA) to ensure your return and credit is properly routed in our system. Requesting your RMA is quick and easy and you may obtain this by one of the following methods:

Please allow 48 business hours for us to process your request. It could take up to 15 business days (or more during our busy season) from the time your return is received by our Distribution Center, until the time credit/replacement order is issued. If you feel the 15 days has been exceeded, please contact our customer service department.
PLEASE NOTE: Products sent to the Returns Department without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be refused. In order to receive a full refund, products must be in the new unused condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return a product that is used or outside our 30 day window, please review our product warranty.
IF YOU PURCHASED THROUGH ONE OF OUR AUTHORIZED ROCKY BRANDS DEALERS
We require that you return any items purchased from an authorized dealer to that particular merchant.
If you purchased from a dealer: All returns must be accompanied by a dated receipt and returned through the authorized dealer where they were originally purchased. If you find a problem with your purchase, just return them to the store where they were purchased. Please do NOT send your purchase back to ROCKY. Without a return authorization number, we are unable to accept return packages. Any authorized dealer can provide a return authorization number which allows us to track the product shipment and problem with that particular shoe or boot.

Rocky Brands will only reimburse freight on defective returns if a freight receipt accompanies the returned item. Rocky Brands will not reimurse freight on "return to stock" items unless the return is due to a Rocky Brands order entry or shipping error.
A return authorization (RA) number is required for ANY return. Any unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender at his or her expense. An RA number may be obtained in any of the following ways:

The Dealer must provide the company name, account number, style number, style size, style width, and specific manufacturing defect along with a request for either a replacement or account credit. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
